Spring 2025 Semester Move-in Confirmation Form
The Move-in Confirmation Form is open for all applicants that have received a reservation notice.
Completing this form is required for all students with a Spring 2025 reservation and will grant you access to:
- Room assignment
- Meal plan
- Room/apartment-mate information
Don't have a reservation notice yet? Reservation notices are still being sent out! Please continue to check your SF State email account.

Don't have access to the Move-in Confirmation?
The Move-in Confirmation will only be available to students who have met all the criteria below:
- A confirmed housing reservation
- Accepted your admissions offer
- Paid all university fees and don't have a financial hold on your account
If you have confirmed that you meet all of the above criteria, but still don't have access to the Move-in Confirmation, contact the Student Housing Office.
